Work We Specialize In
Masonry, roofing, waterproofing, stucco, concrete and remodeling for homes and buildings across all five NYC boroughs.
Cracked mortar and loose brick let water into your walls. We repoint brownstone and brick fronts, rebuild parapet walls and chimneys, and repair block and stone, matching your mortar color and joint style.
A small roof leak can ruin ceilings and walls fast. We repair and replace flat roofs on row houses and apartment buildings, including torch-down roofing, flashing, coping and drains, and we inspect before we quote.
Damp basements and wet walls only get worse. We find where the water is coming in and seal it, with roof coatings, facade sealing, and basement and foundation waterproofing.
Crumbling stucco and loose facade pieces are a safety risk and can bring violations. We repair and restore facades, stucco and lintels, with scaffolding for multi-story buildings.
Got a sidewalk violation or a trip hazard? We replace sidewalks, curbs, steps, slabs and foundations, and we pull the NYC DOT sidewalk permits ourselves.
